My lunch for the day - Bitter melon juice!
Ingredients:-
1 Small bitter melon
1 Granny Smith Apple
1 Small Cucumber
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Cold water 1/2 cup
Ingredients Prep! Ready, all set!
Some chopping works...
Pretty heart... because it's beneficial to your body ;)
I've also added some chia seeds
Blend all the ingredients... and I'm done! ;)
